In-home, telehealth, or in our clinic, this is designated for individuals to help create a strong connection between the mind and body and solidify new patterns of thoughts, rituals, and daily habits. We know personally how difficult the beginning of any journey to health can be, especially a journey of recovery, healing, and transitioning to a new way of living. The start is the place with the least amount of experience and this is where we plan to provide the most support. We recommend all patients join our weekly group sessions to heal in community.
